New S-Works ARES.
Why another S-Works shoe? Because the new ARES is completely different. It lacks a "tongue" and instead features a Dyneema® "sock," a solution we're familiar with—top-class ski boots use the same approach. The main advantage of this design is the even distribution of power and the resulting comfort, which, in turn, means less fatigue on longer rides.
The fastening is the BOA® Li2 Fit System, allowing adjustments in both directions even while riding. At the same time, the sole is as stiff as possible (index 15). Last but not least, the shoes are very light: 220g (size 42).
Available in black, black-white, red-black, and white versions.
