New S-Works ARES.
Why another S-Works shoe? Because the new ARES is completely different. This shoe lacks a "tongue" and instead features a Dyneema® "sock," familiar to us as the same solution used in high-end ski boots. The main advantage of this design is even power distribution, resulting in comfort that means less fatigue on longer rides.
The closure is the BOA® Li2 Fit System, which retains the ability to adjust the tension both ways even during the ride. Meanwhile, the sole is as stiff as possible (index 15). Last but not least, the shoes are very light: 220g (size 42).
Available in black, black-white, red-black, and white versions.
