Introducing the all-new Propero 4 helmet - it combines the aerodynamic advantages of the S-Works Evade 3 with the ventilation of the S-Works Prevail 3, offering the comfort and confidence Specialized helmets are renowned for. Every detail of the Propero 4 is designed with the speed equation in mind: aerodynamics + ventilation + lightweight = fast.
AERODYNAMICS: Aerodynamics were at the forefront in the development of the Propero 4, thoroughly tested using CFD methods and in the Win tunnel. It took the aerodynamic leading edge of the S-Works Evade 3 and incorporated it directly into the Propero 4, helping it to be four watts or 15 seconds faster over a 40 km distance than the S-Works Prevail 3.
VENTILATION: In the effort to create a balanced, aerodynamic, and ventilated helmet, ventilation was at the core. It took inspiration from the rear design of the S-Works Prevail 3 and used small 2 mm offset microchannels that create air turbulence throughout the helmet, providing a continuous and refreshing airflow.
The helmet is available in sizes S, M, and L.
