LET'S START FROM THE BEGINNING!
We started from scratch.
A new cycling season and warmer weather always mean that many new cyclists take to the roads. Although cycling may seem like a rather individual sport, one of its most exciting aspects is actually the kilometers ridden together.
That’s why, on April 15, together with Ann Christine Allik—aka “Tatrapuder”—we gathered a group of cyclists whose goal is to feel safe and comfortable in a group, and we conducted a training session titled “The ABCs of Group Riding.”
What we covered:
* How to ride safely in a group
* What the main signals are
* How to maintain pace and position
* How wind and other factors affect riding
* What to do in different situations
+ We answered all possible questions.
Afterward, we went outside and put everything into practice. The feedback was very positive! We completely agree with Tatrapudru that we need to hold more training sessions like this. We’ll add it to the schedule. Keep an eye on both Tatrapudru’s and our Facebook pages, as well as Instagram—we’ll let you know well in advance!
