Handed over: Diverge 4 Expert
April 2026: This Diverge 4 Expert is now Veiko’s.
At first glance, the new Diverge 4 looks quite similar, but it’s actually been completely redesigned.
So what’s new? Let’s start with the most important part: the frame. The reach is slightly longer—meaning the frame has been made a bit longer—the headtube is slightly lower, the BB drop is 5 mm longer (meaning the bike is lower and sits more firmly on the ground), the wheelbase is slightly longer, and the headtube angle is half a degree “lower.” All of this combined makes the bike more stable, without sacrificing its ability to handle a fight when needed.
Of course, the new, time-tested Future Shock solution (version 3.2 on the Diverge 4) deserves special mention. It accommodates tires up to 50mm wide! The SWAT box is also 10% larger. UDH is, of course, a standard feature. As are carbon rims and, last but not least—some of the most highly regarded gravel tires available—the Tracer TLR (45mm).
BTW – the Diverge 4 has also won the “Velo” (powered by Outside) magazine’s Gravel Bike of the Year award.
To sum it up: we’re pretty sure Veiko is in for an enjoyable gravel season! That’s what we wish for Veiko!
